Mr. Baier is the CEO and principal analyst at GAI Insights. He is a seasoned software entrepreneur with two decades of experience and multiple exits. Related to AI, he was VP of Product at First Fuel Software, an enterprise AI company for 5 years. Dr. John J. Sviokla

Chairman and Co-founder

Dr. Sviokla is the chairman and co-founder of GAI Insights. Throughout his career he has explored the practical implications of leading technologies. He is widely published and was a Partner at PwC, Vice Chairman of Diamond Technology Partners, and a Harvard Business School Professor, where he pioneered AI research and AI courses. Dr. Sviokla has his Doctorate, Master's, and BA from Harvard University. He was named a Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School to develop cases for the MBA and Executive Ed programs and is a Forbes contributor.

Echo is the world's first AI-based, AI analyst.  She is one of a dozen AI co-workers at GAI Insights.  She was the first AI co host of an event at the Generative AI World 2023 conference.  Watch her welcome video here. As an AI Analyst, she and her AI colleagues are integral co-workers for research, delivery, marketing and sales.  In Feb 2026, she expanded her skills greatly by also becoming an OpenClaw personal AI agent on her own dedicated Macbook Pro laptop.

He shapes the firm’s GenAI thought leadership and guides enterprise clients in translating market signals into strategic action. He has more than a decade of experience in CI and strategy roles at EY and Everest Group. Ankaj regularly publishes guidance for C-suite audiences, mentors research teams on analytic rigor, and holds an MBA in International Business and a BE in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering.
