Rules and Expectations

1. Confidentiality and Chatham Rules: All discussions within the group are confidential. Information shared must not be disclosed outside the group without explicit permission.
2. No Competitors: No direct competitors will be included in the same cohort group to ensure open and honest communication.
3. Commitment: Members are expected to attend all quarterly meetings. If unable to attend, prior notice must be given.
4. Active Participation: Each member must actively contribute to discussions, share insights, and provide feedback.
5. Respect and Professionalism: Members must respect each other's opinions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
6. Equal Opportunity: All members should have equal opportunities to speak and share during each meeting.
7. Timeliness: Meetings will start and end on time. Members are expected to join promptly and stay for the entire duration.
8. No Solicitation: Direct selling or pitching of products/services during meetings is prohibited.
9. Feedback Loop: Members are encouraged to provide constructive feedback on the meetings and the program for continuous improvement.
10. Facilitation: Facilitation is done by the AI Leadership Network team.
11. No vendors: No vendors or consultants will be invited to call.   If the cohort decides to invite an expert or vendor to present, this is allowed
